Our Challenge

The joining of our three churches has been a tremendous and positive undertaking; we now have three thriving and growing campuses under the umbrella of one church. It speaks well of Bethel’s Rock that our Richfield campus community willingly assisted our sister churches in Farmington and Apple Valley to save them from potential demise. Welcoming these new locations into our faith community brought assets and facilities that have expanded our ministries, supported our vision, and ignited new growth.

Acquiring these churches also meant acquiring their outstanding debt. While we have been able to manage this level of debt relatively comfortably, it holds back our vision, limiting the difference we can make in the world. We feel called to eliminate this burden so we can move forward and contribute to the church body and our communities in more impactful ways. We believe this money can be better used for programs, services, and ministries to benefit the people of our church, our communities, and beyond.
