Our Plans

Our plans will benefit our Early Childhood Center, our church and our school for the foreseeable future.   |  Two new classrooms in the old gym, a new preschool classroom in the Early Childhood Center, and old gym and preschool areas repurposed.   |  Ultimately nine classrooms (one for each
grade level), specialty spaces, and expanded storage.

New Multi-Use Gymnasium, Auditorium & Event Center

This large, brand-new recreational and multi-use space will benefit our Early Childhood Center, school, and church in many ways.

• It can be rented, providing a community benefit and revenue for our church and school.
• A regulation-size basketball/sport court will enable us to expand our physical education offerings and host more athletic competitions.
• A wall of bleachers will provide safe, comfortable viewing for a large number of spectators.
• A stage opposite the bleachers will  for music and theater productions, performances and presentations.
• Have new men’s and women’s locker rooms and increased storage for equipment, furniture, and tables and chairs.

Our new Early Childhood Center will meet the great and growing need in our church and local community for preschool and childcare.   |   Help attract new and younger families to revitalize our church membership.  |  Free up space so we can also expand our existing school.  

Expanded Early Childhood Learning Center

• Will enable full-day programming
• Increase safety and efficiency by having a separate entrance and being physical separation from the rest of the school.
• Include Four (4) classrooms,
• Have age-appropriate furnishings and in-room ADA compliant restrooms.
• Have a dedicated Early Childhood Center Director’s office.

Other School Building Improvements

We plan to refresh and repair these other school building areas:  

• The old gymnasium's flat roof will be repaired or replaced.
• The HVAC system will be upgraded with more cost and energy efficient equipment.
• Interior hallways, classroom and office walls will be repainted and some of the flooring replaced.
• A new fire sprinkler system will be installed to bring our entire educational center up to current fire safety-code requirements.
• The restrooms will be remodeled for handicapped accessibility.
