Our Plans
Capital Improvements
Christian Life Center
New Roof & HVAC. A new roof and updated cost- and energy-efficient HVAC will serve the facility for many years to come.
Updated MPR A/V System. The new system will improve both the sound and visual projection quality for all events held in the Multi-Purpose Room.
Facilities Reserve Fund. A reserve fund will be established to pay for parking lot sealing as well as other non-budgeted facilities repairs for the next several years until we can increase our operating budget to include this recurring expense.
Church Building
More Security Cameras. New cameras will improve the safety and security of our church building, it's contents, and occupants.
New Entry Doors. New wooden doors for the chapel and sanctuary will be of a similar style to our current doors, and will improve accessibility, energy-efficiency, and security.
New Flooring. Fresh, updated sanctuary and narthex flooring will be installed.
New Lighting. An updated church lighting system and new fixtures will be more cost and energy efficient and improve the beautiful room’s ambiance and usability.
Remodeled Chancel. The focal point of our sanctuary will be made more welcoming and accessible by leveling and remodeling our Chancel area.
Education And
Preschool Facility
Meeting Current Codes. Bringing our education and preschool facility up to code will enable more people to participate in our educational programs, allow us to permanently expand our preschool to include a full-day program, and make the facilities more safe and secure.
Updated Wall & Doors. To meet full-day preschool code requirements, an interior wall will be added, many of the doors will be replaced, and an exterior door will be added to the education building's east side.
New Elevator. Installing an elevator will meet codes and make the facility and our programs accessible and welcoming to all.
New Fencing. The chain link fence and gate will be replaced.
Improving our education and preschool facility should help to attract more people to these programs and our church overall, which will also enhance our annual revenues.
Financial Improvements
Debt Reduction
Our plans include paying off our $140,000 debt.
Paying off this debt will enable us to redirect the monthly payment
to programs, services, and ministries for our church members and beyond.
